Life philosophy
Description
The course, which lasts a weekend, takes place during the permitted times and is open to anybody who’s looking forward to a new philosophy of the deer hunting by following a particular course which includes theory, woods, slaughterhouse, kitchen whose aim is to transmit to participants the secrets of deer hunting, of its rituals and its full enjoyment!
Theory: ethic/aesthetics, clothing, weapons and ammunitions, search for the best places, creation of salt blocks
Practice: “stalking” hunting, traditions: honours to the wild
Slaughter: treatment of the strips and their cuts
Kitchen & Table: glorification of the deer and its combination with good wines
The course will raise awareness of one’s own liability to contact with nature, to its aesthetic and practical use up to discover the ethic and poetic side of the deer hunting as means to get acquainted with nature itself and finally the art of offering the prey to one’s own friends in an apotheosis of tastes and traditions to better highlight the stories…
Companions can take part to the following activities: natural guided and photography, horseback riding, spa and beauty centre, Tuscan landscape watercolour lessons, guided tours of cities of art, children workshops: scientific, natural-didactic and musical…
