The old farm was built as “Grancia” in 1646 and then has been transformed into a nice country residence, maintaining its typical aspect of fortified houses.

In the various manor houses of the property there are apartments and bedrooms, all with private bathroom and heating, some with fireplace, others with garden, furnished in Tuscan style with terracotta floors, beams on sight and stone walls.
The borough is completely surrounded by the green parks and woods and can be reached through a unpaved road which divides the hill and merges together the area of Monticiano and that of Murlo.

In the hamlet you can also find the old church of the Saints Ss. Filippo and Giacomo where Holy Mass and marriages can take place.

At guests’ disposal: “infinity pool” with view over the valley, a small soccer field, the archery, a volley court, a tennis table, a billiard and a covered parking.
