Upon reservation, we can organize cooking lessons to discover some of the tricks of local housewives. We will teach you the secrets of typical Tuscan cooking, such as “crostini ai fegatini” (liver crouton),” ribollita” (vegetable soup), “pasta e fagioli” (pasta with beans), “cinghiale alla maremmana” (wild boar Maremma style) and many other dishes. Lessons will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., for approx. three hours, and can be arranged for two to ten persons.
The lessons will end with lunch or dinner, where you will taste the dishes you have prepared. You will also be awarded with a diploma.
